Welcome to BioHealth Matrix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BioHealth Matrix mobile application (the “App,” “Service,” or “BioHealth Matrix”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
By accessing or using BioHealth Matrix, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. Continued use after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BioHealth Matrix. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18+, have legal capacity, will comply with applicable law, and provide accurate information. This App is for adult use only.
BioHealth Matrix is designed primarily for local use on your device, with optional connection to a backend for features such as Speculative AI. You are not required to create a cloud account for core tracking.
If account registration is added later, these Terms continue to apply. You agree to keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, protocol items, daily logs, and lab entries you create.
You agree to use the Service lawfully; provide accurate information; respect intellectual property; not interfere with the Service; not attempt unauthorized access; and comply with laws regarding peptides, supplements, medications, and health data in your jurisdiction.
You may not use BioHealth Matrix for illegal activities; to provide medical advice to others; to impersonate others; to scrape or abuse the Service; to upload malware; or to harvest others’ personal information. Violation may result in termination of access.
IMPORTANT: BioHealth Matrix is a personal longevity and recovery tracking and information tool. Content—including protocol fields, labs, rule-based insights, Speculative AI, calculators, and health metrics—is for informational and educational purposes only.
This is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the App. If you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services.
Before using peptides, supplements, medications, or protocols you track, consult a qualified provider, follow applicable law, and obtain substances only from lawful sources with prescriptions where required.
The Service and its original content are owned by BioHealth Matrix and/or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant a limited license to process that content solely to operate features you use (including Speculative Insights), as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not sell your personal information.
Rule-based insights are informational heuristics only. Speculative mode uses a third-party AI model with context you allow. AI output is not medical advice, may be wrong, and is your responsibility to evaluate. Do not rely solely on AI for dosing, medication changes, training, or treatment decisions.
Tools such as peptide reconstitution helpers are educational only. Verify calculations independently and consult a clinician or pharmacist for dosing and reconstitution questions.
Lab tracking, protocol logging, Apple Health metrics, medications list, and custom stack items are for personal organization and information only. They are not clinical records, medical monitoring, or professional advice. Review any automated lab parse before saving. You control HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings.
The App may use Apple Health/HealthKit, AI providers, App Store billing, and optional links. Third-party services have their own terms; we do not control them.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOHEALTH MATRIX AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, ADVERSE REACTIONS, OR RELIANCE ON AI OR CALCULATIONS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You assume all risks associated with substances, training, or protocols you choose to use or track, and will consult qualified professionals before material changes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioHealth Matrix and its principals from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or use of substances or protocols you track.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may revise these Terms by updating this page and/or the in-app Terms screen. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, prohibited activity, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Contact biohealth.matrix@gmail.com first to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. Claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought in Hillsborough County, Florida.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Service. Invalid provisions are severed. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
