BioHealth Matrix (“the App”) is a personal longevity and recovery tracking tool. This policy explains what data is used and how.
This information is used to power tracking, adherence, and insights inside the App.
With your permission, the App may read:
The App does not write to Apple Health in the current version. Health data stays on your device unless you enable features that send a summary to generate AI insights (see below).
When you turn on Speculative Insights, a summary of relevant context (goal, recent logs, protocol, optional health summary, labs, medications) may be sent to an AI model provider (e.g. xAI Grok) to generate analysis. Do not include information in free-text notes that you do not want processed for this purpose.
Rule-based Insights are computed without that speculative model call.
If you use the companion backend, protocol and logs may be stored on the server you configure. You control that environment. Cloud accounts and multi-device sync are not required for MVP.
Settings, profile, labs, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
We do not sell your personal or health data. Data leaves your device only when:
The App is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Do not use it if you are under 18.
The App is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Limitation of liability, AI Insights risk, and related terms are in the Terms of Service, not this Privacy Policy.
